This is really lovely indigo leaf, which has been partially fermented, dried and powdered to produce a great herbal indigo powder. Indigo leaf contains a naturally occuring blue black dye which has been used for centuries as a natural dye in the UK and around the world. You can dye your hair or beard a stunning natural black colour with blue undertones by dying your hair with indigo after applying henna.
You can also gain a range of brown colours by applying indigo and henna together and varying the quantities of each powder and the length of time you you leave the paste on.
Indigo dye is not permanent on hair, henna is permanent.
This indigo is packaged in 100g packets, a plastic softly vacuum sealed pack in packed in a protective foil pack to keep maximum freshness for longer.
