Hennacat is a trading name of Yogaspirit limited, a company set up by guarantee to supply Yoga and Henna related products.

If you need to speak to us, please call 07970 795583 which is a standard mobile phone number. Call costs to this number will be in accordance to your telephone contract and will differ depending on your network provider.
Delivery of goods
Your goods will normally be delivered within the following timescales:
UK: within 7 days of you placing your order
Europe: within 14 days of you placing your order
Rest of the world: within 21 days of you placing your order
Prices:
Goods and services are sold at the price advertised at the time of sale. Retrospective price increases or decreases will not be applied.
Substitutes
In the unlikely event that we do not have the product or services you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss how we can provide you with a substitute product or service. If the substitute does not meet your needs, we will pay the costs of you returning the substituted product. If you do not wish to have a substitute product or service, we will refund your money (if you have paid either in full or a deposit).
Your right to cancel
Under the Direct Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order.
For Goods:
You have the right to cancel your order for goods within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods. In order to gain a refund, you must return the goods to us.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You have a duty to return the goods to us or make them available for collection.
Refund of cost of goods
The cost of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them.
Refund of postage costs
Second class postage costs will be refunded on receipt of the returned goods.
Exemptions to refunds
- Fresh henna paste in bulk or in cones. Fresh henna paste is perishable and it is exempt from the direct selling regulations.
- Bespoke goods and services designed or developed for individuals are exempt from the direct selling regulations.
- Goods and services that by their very nature cannot be returned.
If you order fresh henna paste in bulk or in cones you have the right to cancel your order up until we have started to prepare your order. This is defined as the point at which we begin to mix your henna paste for you.
For services
You have the right to cancel your order for services within 7 working days after the day on which you agreed the services.
If you require the service to start before the end of the 7 day cancellation period and you agree this, your cancellation rights will end when the service starts. If the service involves fresh henna paste, this point in time is defined as the point at which we begin to mix the henna paste for the provision of the service.
Electronic Books, Downloads, Recordings etc
The DSR regulations consider that these are likely to constitute services, rather than goods as the consumer does not receive physical goods. The right to cancel is therefore the same as that which applies to services
You have the right to cancel your order for Electronic Books, Downloads, Recordings within 7 working days after the day on which you agreed to purchase them.
If you require the Electronic Books, Downloads, Recordings before the end of the 7 day cancellation period and you agree this, your cancellation rights will end when you are provided with the Electronic Books, Downloads, Recordings etc.
How do I cancel goods or services?
You must tell us in writing if you wish to cancel. You can cancel in writing by email to yogaspirituk@gmail.com. Please keep a copy of your notice of cancellation for your records, in case of any dispute.
Faulty Goods
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the implied contract (i.e. different to that described), we will pay for return and replacement.

Unsolicited goods
Hennacat may send customers gifts and customers have the right to retain or dispose of these gifts as they see fit. Customers are not expected to pay for such goods.
Language
Business communication relating to goods and services will be in English.
